Liverpool links with Bayern Munich star Ryan Gravenberch have surfaced quite a lot since the beginning of the summer transfer window and the latest report confirms that the Reds have approached him.
The Merseysiders are going through a rebuild and they have already done some important business. They have signed Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai and now look forward to signing a the third midfielder.

Renowned journalist Melissa Reddy has confirmed that Liverpool have spoken to representatives of Ryan Gravenberch. The Reds contacted the 21-year-old’s agents over a potential summer transfer to Anfield.
The Dutchman has struggled to get enough game time at the German club in the past season. And he might not get much chance as Thomas Tuchel prefers Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka over him. So leaving the Bavarians would be the best option for him.
Liverpool needs to sign their third midfielder in this transfer window as the club could possibly see senior players leave.
Thus, the Anfield side will definitely face some depth issues and if the club is able to promise enough game time for the Dutch midfielder, the deal would be easier to crack.
Having said so, the Reds need a direct replacement for Fabinho who is also bound to move to Saudi Arabia. Gravenberch is a traditional no. 8 who can occasionally function as a no. 6.
So the club needs to sign a traditional No. 6, who is physically dominating and capable of dictating the game. And players like Romeo Lavia, Sofyan Amrabat, and Florentino Luis look like the perfect candidate for that.
Although even if the club signs any one of the two midfielders, the team will still lack the experience and leadership that Henderson and Fabinho provide.
However, if the Anfield giants sign the Dutch midfielder, they will have an exciting youngster to work with and probably make him a world-class player.
