A notable journalist, Jacque Talbot, has claimed to have received texts to say that Jude Bellingham is set to sign for Liverpool.
While talking on his recent video on YouTube, he discussed Hayden Dodge’s recent comments about the Reds making a bid for Bellingham. He further went on to say that he has heard similar rumours about the ‘superstar’.
Moreover, the journalist went on to say that he’s had ‘two texts to say that a deal for Bellingham is imminent’. However, he did put on a cautionary tone saying that he believes these are all just rumours and nothing more.
Talbot went on to share what he has heard about the Dortmund man
“What do you make of these Hayden Dodge comments? That’s the agent isn’t it? Who said Liverpool have made a bid for Bellingham. I mentioned it earlier that I’ve had two texts saying a bid has been accepted and it’s all agreed and there’s a clause if he becomes a captain in two years, it’s just noise, there’s so many people involved in the deal and things will trickle out sometimes,”

Even though the journalist has claimed to have received texts which would confirm the imminent transfer, he claims that he doesn’t quite believe in them. However, more often than not, in such situations, we have seen that there is no smoke without fire.
Furthermore, the deal might or might not be so advanced, but there surely are a lot of talks going on behind the scenes.
Even though it has been claimed that Real Madrid have made an offer already, the prospect of making Jude the captain of the Reds would play a major part in deciding the club for the Englishman. With Henderson’s time at the club nearly over, it would be interesting to see if Bellingham would be Liverpool’s captain.
