Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has compared the shot power of Dominik Szoboszlai with the power of PL legend Didier Drogba.
The Premier League have had several unbelievable long-range shooters. The first names which come to mind are Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard who took the PL by storm with their insane shooting abilities.
But there has been another great player who has done similar things consistently. PL legend and former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba showed his capability to shoot from distance in many instances.
He is still considered one of the best strikers the PL have ever witnessed. And he has been the gold standard for the upcoming strikers since he hung his boots.

While speaking on the Sky Sports Premier League YouTube channel, Salah has voiced his opinion about a certain
“Have you ever seen someone kick the ball as hard as Dom?”
“Dom hits the ball unbelievable, maybe one, Drogba. Nobody knows how Drogba hit the ball, my god. I came to Chelsea and he came six months later and the way he hit the ball was insane. Dom is unbelievable.”
Although the Merseyside midfielder is not a striker like the former Ivorian international, the comparison is huge. Especially when the compliment is coming from the man who has played with both the players.
Salah has closely observed the former Chelsea striker while sharing the dressing room at Stamford Bridge. And most certainly he has learned quite a few things that he has implemented in his game.
But the Egyptian King comparing the Hungarian skipper with Drogba speaks volumes about the LFC midfielder.
Although he has not achieved much in terms of silverware or stats, he has already won the hearts of the fans.
And quite ironically he has taken the iconic No. 8 shirt which belonged to one of the brightest sons of Liverpool, Steven Gerrard. Hopefully, he will live up to the hype and maximize his true potential.
