It is time for the World Cup 2022 endgame while the club football returns to finish the remainder of the season and so will Arthur Melo, who will be looking to make an early injury return.

The Reds might be handed Arthur Melo injury return date soon

The Brazilian joined the Merseyside club on a season-long loan from Juventus on transfer deadline day in the summer, but he has only been allowed to play in one game.

Arthur hasn’t been active since having surgery to repair a torn quad in October. However, it looks like he’s getting close. The Daily Mail reports that Arthur has joined Liverpool’s warm-weather training camp in Dubai and is now two weeks ahead of schedule.

Liverpool’s medical team is optimistic that he will be able to resume competitive play by the end of January. It is after seeing significant improvement in his rehabilitation.

After Luis Diaz recently experienced a setback in his comeback from a knee injury, the Arthur Melo news will act as a boost for the Reds.

What it means for the Reds?

Melo may finally get some playing time before his loan spell comes to an end. It is scheduled to expire at the end of the current campaign, now that it has been revealed his most recent series of testing will take place within the next “days to weeks.”

Manager Jurgen Klopp, who is now getting his side ready for the Premier League resumption, would be thrilled to hear this. As the holiday season approaches, Liverpool, like any other club, will need the majority of their players to be healthy and available.

Melo’s upcoming return to first-team action will provide the German with at least one more decent option in the middle of the park. As the season is about to resume the locker room and the fans are eager to grab that consistency. And Klopp surely will fancy the likes of Arthur Melo as his option.
