The managerial search of the Reds continues to enter deep waters day by day as the preferred choices seem to get out of the reach of the club.
Even though it has been three solid months since Jurgen Klopp‘s departure announcement, the Merseysiders are yet to finalise the appointment of an adequate Klopp replacement.
However, several recent reports have suggested that LFC are reaching an agreement with Feyenoord manager Arne Slot.

The Sky Sports journalist has recently shared an update regarding the Anfield giants’ managerial hunt.
“Talks continue between Feyenoord and Liverpool over compensation for Arne Slot to become Jurgen Klopp’s successor.
Yesterday, Liverpool’s negotiation point started at £7.75m. The Dutch club are trying to get this closer to the £10m mark.
We know that Slot really wants the Anfield job. While Feyenoord would ideally like to keep him, they understand they can’t block such a massive opportunity for him. So, their interest is in getting the best possible deal for him.
Sources over in Holland are telling us it could move very, very quickly because of Slot’s determination to take the job.”

Life At Liverpool After Klopp
The Merseyside club’s hopes for the PL title were demolished after the defeat against Everton on Wednesday. The team will not be able to commemorate the German boss’s farewell in the grandest gesture as they would have liked to do.
Even though this season will not end the way Liverpool would have expected, the team will have to prepare for the next season without Klopp.
As Gary Neville assessed the situation at Anfield by saying,
“… We’ve seen the post-Arsene Wenger era at Arsenal has been difficult. The post-Sir Alex Ferguson era at Manchester United has been difficult. Klopp is massive in Liverpool so they’ve got to try to get that right.”
It is almost impossible to replace a manager of Klopp’s calibre but if the Merseyside giants have to do the job, then the club officials will not be taking this task casually and will try their best to do so.
