Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham has praised Liverpool ace Trent Alexander-Arnold on social media after England’s victory against Australia.
The English national team is in fine form and is continuing their good run of games. On Friday night they defeated the Australian national side in an international friendly at Wembley Stadium.
In the 1-0 victory against the Aussies, Gareth Southgate gave an important start to the Reds Vice-captain Trent Alexander-Arnold. He completed the whole 90 minutes for the three lions which is rare.
And the Merseyside player provided the defining pass which led to the only goal of the game. Starting out at the right-back position, Trent played an amazing pass to find Jack Grealish.
The Manchester City attacker then took a shot and later it was turned in by Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins.
Jude Bellingham praises Trent Alexander-Arnold
England teammate Jude Bellingham has hailed the Reds player on social media. And after the game, the Real Madrid sensation posted a story on Instagram.
He captioned it, “Brother”, sharing a picture of him and the Liverpool right-back with his arm over his shoulder on the pitch.
Bellingham added a hugging emoji as well as a star symbol signifying what he thinks of the Anfield star. The picture also shows what it could have been if the youngster joined LFC.
The Ex-Dortmund player joined the Spanish giants Real Madrid this summer on a €100M transfer fee.
However, Liverpool have been desiring the young player for many years but could not land the deal this summer due to his excessive price.
Even though he has not joined the Merseyside club, the fans, and other players have a soft corner for Jude Bellingham.
His recent form for his club has also been exceptionally good. This also helps to imagine what the pair could have been if these two players played together.
An ardent football fan and a proud Red. I take immense pleasure in analyzing the intricacies of the game.
