As per TalkSPORT, Liverpool will now face competition from Manchester City for the 22-year-old Napoli sensation, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
It has been reported that the Reds and the Sky Blues are currently showing interest in the Georgian. Spanish giants Real Madrid are also named with interest, but it is said that the player is fully focused on Napoli at the moment.
The 22-year-old has become one of Europe’s most exciting talents after having a sensational season for Napoli.
He has 14 goals and 16 assists across all competitions for Napoli this season. His technical prowess has been hugely admired across Europe and he is a hot target for clubs all around.
However, according to Italian news, the Georgian is expected to sign a new contract with the Serie A outfit in June. But it has also been reported that the Reds have shown interest in signing the winger.
Although, with the recent Bellingham saga, Klopp looks to be interested in the Georgian winger who’s valued at over £90m.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia: A player in demand
Having only arrived in Italy last summer, Kvaratskhelia has exploded onto the European football scene. One could see his major impact in the outstanding Napoli side this season.
He has 30 goal contributions in 34 games for the Italian side this season. Luciano Spalletti has transformed Napoli and are fighting to win their first Scudetto in over 30 years.

Osimhen, Khvicha, Min-Jae Kim, Anguissa have been a few standout players for the Italian team. However, there has been no story like the Georgian’s across all of Europe.
Signing from Georgian football club, Dinamo Batumi for a fee of €10–12 million, he had big shoes of the departing club legend Dries Mertens.
However, at the end of the first season itself, the 22-year-old has made heads turn. Also, seems to have attracted interest from all around Europe.
As far as the transfer is concerned, it would be an incredible acquisition for Liverpool. With Diaz and Salah, the partnership would be unbelievable and Liverpool would be unstoppable.
