Dutch legend Clarence Seedorf has recently spoken highly about the latest Liverpool midfield signing Ryan Gravenberch and his future.

The Anfield giants made major changes in their midfield this summer with their extensive rebuild. And this has worked out very well for the club.

Report: Liverpool keen to sign striker with ‘world class’ potential, his club are now open to selling

After game week 6, the Reds are now currently sitting in 2nd place in the PL table with 16 points right below Manchester City with 18 points.

And among all the midfielders who have fitted in the Reds midfield, Ryan Gravenberch has been a good fit as well.

His motherland’s legend Clarence Seedorf has hinted about the great future that is lying ahead of him.

Clarence Seedorf praises Liverpool midfielder Ryan Gravenberch

The former Dutch international was asked if Gravenberch would follow in his footsteps. The four-time Champions League winner said to FUTBin,

“Everybody is unique, Ryan started early, he is one who broke my record at Ajax as the youngest player to make his debut that comes with great responsibility.

He’s on the way, I believe in him, I think he can make a great career. Just let him take his path, everyone has their own destiny.”

The 21-year-old made his debut for Dutch side Ajax at just the age of 16. This broke the earlier record of the club’s youngest player set by Seedorf at his time.

Gravenberch made his debut under the current Manchester United coach Erik Ten Hag’s management. He then went on to play for Bayern Munich before joining the Reds.

‘We knew’: Liverpool defender makes Michail Antonio claim after West Ham win

After the first match of the Europa League against LASK the previous week, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp rated the Dutch U-21 international highly for his performance by saying,

“He did really well. For a long time, he was the best player on the pitch, for sure.

But in the first half, the frustration [from Liverpool players grew] and you saw him getting lost a little bit as well. That’s normal, these things happen.”

Without any doubt, Gravenberch has great potential and hopefully, he will be fulfilling it under the excellent coaching of Jurgen Klopp.
