After all the speculations about Mohamed Salah leaving the club, the Egyptian has now stated his plans for the upcoming season.

Mohamed Salah is an Egyptian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liverpool. In 2017, Mohamed Salah started his journey with the Reds and after that, there was nothing that could stop the Egyptian from scoring.

Moreover, the season for Mohamed Salah has been absolutely fantastic as he has scored 23 goals in the Premier League after playing 35 games. Thus, he recently also won the Premier League golden boot sharing it with Tottenham’s Son Heung-min.

He has also scored 8 goals yet in the Champions League and will look forward to scoring more in the finals.

Mo Salah got very emotional when last time these two teams met in the finals as he got injured and had to leave the ground just after 30 minutes. Recently, he also said that he wanted Real Madrid in the final so that the forward could take revenge on them.

Mohamed Salah gives an update for the upcoming season

There are some speculations that Mohamed Salah might leave the club after this season but Salah has now put a stop to those rumours and has confirmed that he will stay with the Merseyside club for the next season for sure.

On Wednesday, during the pre-Champions League final press conference, he revealed that he will be staying with the Reds.

I want to win the Champions League again and I want to see Hendo having the trophy again in his hands and hopefully give it to me after! I’m staying next season for sure, that’s clear. I’m staying next season so let’s see after that.

Salah said

Liverpool have already won 2 trophies and the role of the Egyptian forward will be very crucial if the Reds want to win their third trophy this season.

However, the match will not at all be easy for the Reds as Real Madrid are in great form, especially Karim Benzema who is the leading scorer in the UCL which will make the match altogether fascinating to watch.
