According to reports, Liverpool are attempting to sign Dani Olmo of RB Leipzig as their first recruit under new head coach Arne Slot.

The Spanish international who joined Leipzig from Dinamo Zagreb in 2020 is being pursued by the Reds but they will also have competition from Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Manchester United.

Owing to his strong interest in the midfield player who is under contract with Leipzig until 2027 Olmo a graduate of Barcelonas La Masia academy has been linked to a £51 million move to Liverpool.
