Apart from sanctioning the exit of younger talents, the Dutchman has made a huge decision. As per numerous reports, Fabio Carvalho has accepted a deal of moving in to Brentford.
The player did not have a glorious last season at Liverpool due to a lot of reasons. However, his sudden transfer has gained mixed remarks from LFC fans and netizens.
Fabio Carvalho is going to join Brentford
The 2024-25 Premier League is just a couple of weeks away. Arne Slot is revising plans with his playing style along with the first line-up of LFC squad. Although the transfer window seems faint, Anfield is quite busy making moves to gear up for the new season.
Amidst other rumours, Fabio Carvalho appears to be leaving Liverpool and join Brentford. The Portuguese news portal A Bola reported this for the first time; now, every major news outlet is focusing on this transfer. After lacklustre times at RB Leipzig, probably the Portuguese will unlock new opportunities.
To take him in, Brentford is reportedly paying £27.5 million to Liverpool F.C. for Fabio Carvalho. The base fee is a fixed amount of £20 million, and the rest depends on the add-ons. However, Fulham FC will get 20% of the profits of this transfer deal.
This 21-year-old football star scored a crucial goal when Liverpool faced Manchester United in the Friendly. Once Fabio Carvalho joins Brentford, he will be valuable. In the last Championship season, Carvalho scored 2 assists and 9 goals in his 20 matches.
