Liverpool skipper Jordan Henderson has revealed that he does not watch Manchester City games. And would rather watch the kids’ channel than their Premier League opponents.

Liverpool have taken the title race down to the wire following Tuesday’s comeback victory over Southampton.

Southampton opened the scoring. Minimano neutralized the deficit. And the Goal from Joel Matip in the second half overturned it.

Liverpool is one point behind Manchester City going into their final game of the season against Wolves.

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson expressed his thoughts

The Captain speaking about the Intense battle with City said:

It is always tough, City never seem to drop points. They are a fantastic team.

When asked whether he or his teammates watches City’s games. He hilariously replied:

Normally, I don’t.

I know some of the lads do now and again, and at home they probably do, the way they play it is never nice to watch. (Henderson) put the kids channel on or something, that is probably something better to watch.

This isn’t the first time Liverpool has been in this circumstance; they faced a similar issue during the 2018-19 season.

As Liverpool played at home, Man City prevailed at Brighton to secure the league, with Henderson analyzing the nature of the match said:

We have had this before when they played Brighton away and they went one goal up, and the crowd cheer and you sort of know what is going on.

It’s hard to concentrate on the game. Hopefully, we have that experience, we can learn from it and concentrate on what we need to do and hopefully Stevie and Aston Villa can do us a favour.

Liverpool will be hoping for Man city to drop points, to clinch their 20th Premier League title. Moreover, there is a far-fetched yet crazy scenario that could take place.

If Man City Loses 6-0 to Aston Villa. While The Reds’ draws 5-5 to wolves. Then, We can see the first-ever play-off match to decide the League Title.
