Roy Keane reacts to Liverpool’s FA Cup final win

Roy Keane shared his thoughts on Liverpool’s FA Cup final win to achieve the double this season against Chelsea at Wembley.

The Merseyside club again managed to win a final against Chelsea this season. The game was very neck to neck and Liverpool had better chances throughout the game. Andy Robertson could have finished the game in the 90 minutes only but hit the post just before the final whistle.

Moreover, Luis Diaz was presented with the Man of the Match accolade, which he deserved after working hard in the training ground, creating chances, and getting into good positions throughout the game until he was subbed out and replaced by Roberto Firmino in the 98th minute.

With only Sadio Mane failing to convert from the spot-kick, Liverpool finished by putting all the balls (except one) in the back of the net in the penalty shootout with Allison saving the 6th penalty to help the Reds clinch their 8th FA Cup title.

Meanwhile, Liverpool still have the chances and are chasing after the quadruple.

Roy Keane reacting to Jurgen Klopp’s FA Cup win celebration

Roy Keane has said that Jurgen Klopp was ‘like a teenager’ on the Wembley pitch after their 2nd win over Chelsea in the final stage.

You look at Klopp’s reaction running on at the end there. The passion he has for the football club. He has some brilliant players. But it all starts with Klopp. What he has done to that football club. The feel-good factor they have got. The squad of players they have. And they are set up for a special season, no doubt about it.

Roy Keane said

Jurgen Klopp has already written his name in the history of Liverpool and has achieved many titles and created a legendary squad.

Moreover, Liverpool won their first Premier League title under him a couple of years ago. They also have another final to play against Real Madrid and a chance to become the champions of Europe for the 7th time.
