Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic under Liverpool Radar

Liverpool are considering a move for real Madrid’s young striker Luka Jovic along with Arsenal. The Serbian International Scored 27 goals in 48 games for Eintracht Frankfurt in the 2018/19 season.

Los Blancos signed Jovic for £52.4million in 2019. But he has struggled to recapture the form he showed at Eintracht Frankfurt.

With his third season with the Spanish giants running, he has only scored 2 goals in 38 matches. and He was loaned back to Eintracht Frankfurt for 2020/21.

With Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, Eden Hazard, Marco Asensio, Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, and Mariano. Jovic has a tough competition to get above the pecking order and find himself in the starting lineup.

Should Liverpool Sign Luka Jovic ?

Liverpool is currently keeping tabs on the 23 year old Serbian. The Red’s boss Jurgen Klopp is planning to bolster the attacking options at Anfield. Klopp believes that the young Serbian international would perfectly fit in the attack.

Thus, the Reds might sign Luka Jovic this January. Moreover, signing attacking options in this January transfer market is what the Reds prioritize. As Liverpool are about to lose both their main wingers Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane to the African Cup of Nations. So they need to find better options to fill their boots.

With Salah and Mane out for a month, Liverpool will be curious to get the same results without them as they are in the title race. If the Reds are able to get the right price or even a loan move for Jovic, he would provide a worthwhile option to Klopp.

With Bobby Firminho, Diego Jota, and Divock Origi, in the line-up, will Jurgen Sign Jovic who was valued at 18 million pounds by Real Madrid? However, he is currently enduring a difficult spell in Spain. But Still, he is an exciting prospect as he netted 17 Bundesliga goals at the age of 20. Thus, signing him might be beneficial for Liverpool in the future.
