Liverpool met Manchester United on the turf of the so-called Theatre of Dreams for the 100th time and it really turned out to be a dream Performance by the Reds. Let’s have a look at the match highlights between Manchester United and Liverpool for the 2021-22 season of the Premier League.
The kick-off whistle blows with an enthusiastic, who were hoping to watch a match which will be echoed down the ages. Liverpool was on fire right from the first touch of the ball. The scored half just got worse for the Red Devils fans. On the other side, the Reds continued their impressive performance in the 2nd half. The Egyptian was running down the wing looking for a hat-rick and thus he got it. Salah scored his 3rd and Liverpool’s 5th on the night with a brilliant finish.
With this Liverpool thumped Manchester United to sit 2nd on the Premier League table with just a point behind the leaders Chelsea.
