Positive update on Trent Alexander-Arnold’s hamstring injury
The latest update on the Liverpool Right-Back Trent is that the injury sustained by him last week is ‘not serious’.
Trent AA will look to be available for good amount of time in the ‘crucial’ and important month of April.
With the defender getting ample rest time, we would soon be able to see him in action ‘up and running for THE REDS.
Coping with Trent’s Absence
In the absence of Trent Alexander Arnold, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has said that defender Andy Robertson is desperate to perform. The Scottish Captain would look to make the most of the opportunity, from the opposite flank.
With fellow defender Joe Gomez also in good form, as he earned a well deserved Man of the Match in the recently concluded Carabao Cup, game against Nottingham Forrest.
Jurgen Klopp also has season campaigner James Milner available, and academy youngster Conor Bradley at his disposal.
Filling the position could be tough. But each defender would look to make ‘merry’ out of the opportunity given to them.
But manager Klopp was in full praise of his ‘key’ player, who has provided with two goals and has had a career-best 16 assists this season,
I don’t know any player who plays like Trent in the world.
Crucial ‘road’ ahead as Liverpool receives optimistic update on injury of Trent
With continuous and back-to-back games against the top teams, Liverpool ‘certainly’ have a task cut out for themselves.
The team playing it’s UEFA Champions League quarter-final fixture against SL Benfica then playing Manchester City twice. Once in the Premier League and then again in the Semi-Finals of the FA Cup, then playing Manchester United, who seem to be a bit off-track this season.
It would be ‘interesting’ to see the Reds fight in the upcoming games without their ‘resourceful’ Right-back. As they are rightly poised at each competition they are in.
Now that the talks of a ‘possible quadruple’ are also doing quite the rounds. It certainly is possible for the Merseyside team to achieve it.
