Highly rated as one of the best in the Chelsea academy, Ngumoha is set to sign his contract with LFC according to Fabrizio Romano.
Liverpool believe they have signed one of the most exciting youngsters in English football in Ngumoha.
Manchester United and Newcastle showed interest in the youngster’s signature, but he decided to join the LFC academy.
It is a great achievement for the academy as it shows that the LFC academy is the best place for youngsters to develop and have a path to the first team.
Liverpool have reportedly smashed their wage structure to get the 15-year-old’s signature.
Many believe that Ngumoha is a generational talent and it won’t be long until we see him in first-team training.
Last season was a great one for the academy as a number of players made their senior team appearance.
Opportunities given to the likes of Quansah, Bradley, Danns, Clark and Koumas might have influenced his decision.
The English international will initially work with the U18s before training with the U21s.
