While Diogo Jota returned just in time to play in the Carabao Cup, Roberto Firmino was not able to. The Brazilian is still struggling with his injury. It does not look like the 30-year-old will be able to be fit in time for the Norwich City game.

Thiago Alcantara

The Spaniard was in the starting eleven for the Carabao Cup, however, an unfortunate thing happened. Thiago injured himself during the warm-up before the final.

A heartbroken Thiago was seen crying in the stands. Reports suggest that the knock will keep him out for the midweek clash against Norwich City too.
