Jurgen Klopp ultimatum on Mo Salah and Liverpool owners contract talks.

Jurgen Klopp has labelled Salah as the world’s best at the moment several times. Salah is tearing apart opposition defences and his dancing feet seems impossible to stop.

The Egyptian International was once notoriously described as ‘One Season Wonder’. And thus, now has become the fifth-fastest player to score 100 Premier League goals.

Moreover, he is also the fastest player to score 100 goals for Liverpool and the first Liverpool player to score in nine consecutive games.

Liverpool had a quiet summer window with Ibrahima Konate being the only addition to the club. But the Reds owners The Fenway Sports Group were successful in extending deals of some key first-team players.

Now, the challenge for the club seems to be with their star man Mohamed Salah. There is a difference in valuation between what Liverpool are willing to pay the Egyptian to renew a deal and what Salah and his agent, are seeking.

Meanwhile, Jurgen Klopp has clearly stated that he will not intervene in contract negotiations between Salah and the Liverpool Board.

With no intervention from Klopp, is Mo Salah on his way out of Anfield ?

Mohamed Salah has been in sensational form having scored 15 goals in 15 games so far. And his goals have helped Liverpool in challenging for League title. While his display in Europe helped Liverpool qualify for the next round of the Champions League with two games to spare.

Since his arrival to the club, he has cemented the right-wing position. Moreover, his contribution from the right-hand side is a key part of the team’s success in recent years. Liverpool surely can’t afford to lose him.

But there are speculations regarding the future of the club’s number 11. The time is running out as the winger has less than two years left in the current contract.

And if negotiations don’t take place before the Egyptian leaves for the AFCON in January 2022 then the risk of him being in the final 18 months of his contract will not be an attractive situation for the club.

Klopp is increasingly frustrated with the club’s hierarchy to come to an agreement.

But he has claimed that despite his frustrations, he will not step in for negotiations with Salah’s representatives.

Since talks between both parties are stalled and if a stellar offer comes in, it will be hard for the Reds to turn it down for a player of Salah’s age.

However, Salah has already stated he wants to stay with the Merseyside club and finish his career at Anfield. But also admitted that it was out of his hands.

Thus, you never know in Football, a silly amount of money in the form of a transfer fee might be tempting for Liverpool owners to sanction Salah’s departure.
