Liverpool midfielder Thiago was not called up for the Spain National Team. And he has big news coming his way.

Liverpool’s Thiago Alcantara may have reason to feel smug due to the firing of Spain coach Luis Enrique this afternoon,

According to The Daily Mail, Enrique has lost his job as national team coach due to his squad’s disappointing World Cup performance.

Spain, one of the tournament favourites, was defeated by Morocco on penalties in the round of 16. Enrique chose to forgo players like Thiago and Sergio Ramos in favour of his team’s youthful energy.

Unfortunately, despite how talented young people like Pedri and Gavi are, they cannot match the contributions of their more experienced classmates. Enrique has now been given his orders while Thiago is watching from home. Luis de la Fuente, the U21 coach, takes his place.

Any international manager may learn a straightforward lesson from this: select your top players.

Thiago deserves his spot in Spain squad

There is no justification for choosing someone else when you have Thiago in your pool which is this good. It makes sense to leave him out of the starting XI in a pinch. Although it isn’t how we would proceed, I suppose everyone does their own.

He is presently well, though. Fit and capable of playing. As a result, despite his excellent replacements, no one compares to Liverpool’s £20 million man.

Hopefully, De la Fuente has taken his predecessor’s hardest lesson to heart. At the very least, it ought to indicate that Thiago has access to the door once more.

It felt like the door had been shut with Enrique in charge. Gavi is only eighteen, whereas Pedri is twentThey’re not leaving anytime soon. And it appeared that Enrique was in charge of a guard change.

Maybe De la Fuente will want to achieve the same as a former U21 coach. Based on this data, the kids aren’t quite ready to handle things independently. Thiago needs to finally take centre stage for his nation now that Sergio Busquets, 33, is also passed his prime.
