Liverpool owners FSG are conscious of ruining their finance structure at Anfield. FSG wants Mohamed Salah to sign a new contract. The longer they remain unsure about Mohamed Salah, the more questions will creep in. The Reds would certainly want to keep the Egyptian talisman at Anfield.

While Liverpool supporters will be anxious until this deal is not cleared. The fans will be curious about the situation and would be hoping that it gets wrapped up soon. Therefore, the owners are looking to get this job done quickly.

Mohamed Salah is one of the best players in the world right now. Replacing him at Anfield will be tough. Also, finding a replacement to fill his role here may be out of their budget. The Reds may find good talent but not as good as their current number 11.

FSG confident that Mohamed Salah will sign a new deal with the club

Yet, the wait is on for Salah to put the pen on paper to finish the deal. The people at Liverpool and FSG hope that this will happen. It does look favourable in their way because the options of where he could go looks bleak.

Europe’s giants, Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid likely cannot afford him because of other priorities as they look to target the young lads. Young guns such as Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland are currently on the radar of every top European club. Moreover, it is difficult to see Mohamed Salah making a shift to another English club.

PSG and Bayern Munich look pretty much content with their squads. Hence, they certainly will not push for Salah. This leaves Liverpool fans and FSG with a sigh of relief as they only need to wait patiently.

Thus, Liverpool will eventually get Mohamed Salah back via singing a new deal with the club. He has certainly got a lot left in him. This means that he can have another fruitful period here.

Keeping in mind the rumours, he will probably be the highest-paid player in Liverpool’s history if he signs the new deal. Thus, the deal is on the verge and it will eventually take place later if not sooner.
