Liverpool may be leading the Premier League, but Declan Rice believes Arsenal are ready to snatch the crown if the Reds dare to slip up.

Currently, Liverpool are leading the English Premier League. The Reds are about to win the Premier League under their new manager, Arne Slot, if they continue their brilliant performance in the league.

However, English midfielder Declan Rice is confident about the title race of Arsenal. The English international recently admitted that Arsenal could win this season’s Premier League if they focus on their own business.

Arsenal are currently in the second position in the Premier League after Liverpool. The Gunners are seven points behind the Reds after 24 matches in the league. With 14 games in hand, it looks like both are ready to give their best to win the title.

Arsenal’s star midfielder Declan Rice recently said if Arsenal continue focusing on their own business, they can overcome Liverpool and go on to win the title this season.

Declan Rice is very optimistic about Arsenal’s title chase

According to Football Insider, Declan Rice said,

“We can only keep believing in what we believe in and keep working on what we are working on and have full trust in the manager and our players and everyone around us that we can achieve great things, it’s just down to us to get that over the line.”

“That’s the next step, so big things coming up but we just need to stay positive and keep going.”

Arsenal are unbeaten in the last five matches in the league. The Gunners have won three matches in their last five matches, including their 5-1 win over defending champion Manchester City last week at home.

But Liverpool are looking unstoppable in this season under Arne Slot. So, one thing that could stop Liverpool from winning the Premier League is dropping points in the upcoming matches.

The Reds dropped points in the last match against Everton after drawing in the Merseyside Derby. Arsenal fans will be delighted with the result, as the gap between Liverpool and Arsenal is now seven points.

Additionally, Declan Rice’s comment on their title hopes to give more confidence to all the Arsenal fans.
