Hugo Larsson joined the German side Eintracht Frankfurt at the start of the 2023/24 season from Malmo FF.
The 20-year-old joined the German side on a five-year contract. In the first season with Eintracht Frankfurt, the Swedish midfielder 38 appearances, and made three goal contributions.
This season the 20-year-old made 30 appearances so far in all competitions, scored 4 goals, and provided an assist. His performance in the UEFA Europa League was particularly very eye-catching.
As per the news of Liverpool.com, analyst Ben Mattinson pointed to his strength as a ball carrier, underlining his “running power and stamina”.
According to Liverpool.com, this Swedish midfielder could cost around $62m for Liverpool if they want to sign him in the upcoming transfer window.
The German side will be willing to sell Hugo Larsson if they get this amount of money. Liverpool haven’t spent a single penny in the January transfer window.
Additionally, there was very little spent in the last summer transfer window. So, the Merseyside could spend that much amount if the club really feels the need for it.
