The second gameweek of the 2024-25 Premier League season will see Liverpool lock horns with Brentford this coming Sunday.

The Merseysiders have won four out of their five pre-season games and have also shown quality performance against the newly promoted Ipswich Town in their PL opening game.
Diogo Jota, the current striker for the Anfield giants, has scored his first goal of the 2024-25 season after an impressive pre-season.
Mohamed Salah scored for the ninth consecutive time in the opening game of the season which saw him break the PL record previously set by Lampard, Shearer, Rooney and Vardy.
The Reds have their squad intact with no injuries so far. Slot is expected to not make any changes in the starting eleven after the impressive victory last week.
