According to reports, Real Madrid have intensified its pursuit of Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.

The England international Jude Bellingham has scored 14 goals and contributed 20 assists in 102 games for Dortmund. As a result of his performances, some of Europe’s top teams have shown interest in signing him.

Real Madrid seem to be in the driver’s seat in the pursuit of Bellingham. But Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Manchester City are also trying to get the midfielder.

The Daily Mail claims that Real Madrid and the players’ representatives began talking last year. And that the conversation has now gone to an advanced point where the essential financial terms are being agreed upon.

The European champions are willing to pay Dortmund’s asking price of £87.7 million for the Englishman next summer.

The 19-year-old would join a midfield that has already been strengthened by the additions of Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camaving. The additions took place over the course of the last two summer transfer windows if he went to Real Madrid.

Der Klassiker will be the main topic of conversation in Bellingham. Where he will be facing Bavarian giants Bayern Munich.

Liverpool still trying to steal Bellingham away from Real Madrid

Jude Bellingham to Liverpool has been going on for some time now. And many consider the potential transfer to be a match made in heaven.

The Reds’ midfield is becoming older. Moreover, Jurgen Klopp’s engine room has come under heavy fire for its performance. Many feel that Klopp needs to replace his midfielders.

Darragh MacAnthony, Peterborough’s chairman and a Liverpool fan, thinks the Reds have no chance of signing the Dortmund star.

Liverpool may not have as much wealth as some of the other teams. But they are still vying for the top prizes with teams like Chelsea, Manchester City, and Real Madrid.

Despite this, the Peterborough chairman is unable to imagine a scenario in which the team he supports hires Jude Bellingham.
