Liverpool are preparing an offer of 55 million euros for Real Sociedad winger Takefusa Kubo according to reliable news outlets in Japan.
The 23 y/o plays for Real Sociedad in Spain and primarily plays on the right but have shown his potentials in other areas of the pitch.
Liverpool are yet to make to make their first signing this season and fans are expressing their disappointment on social media.
Liverpool Preparing Offer for Takefusa Kubo
According to Sponichi, a reliable Japanese media, Liverpool are preparing a €65m (£54.8m) offer for Kubo to bring the winger to Anfield.
Sponichi is a reliable source as they were the ones that first reported about Endo’s transfer to Liverpool.
If the reports are true, Kubo could become the most expensive Japanese player. He will reportedly earn £240,000 per week, only Salah is currently earning more than that in the LFC squad.
Liverpool will want strengthen the right-wing area considering Salah is the only right-winger at the club.
Liverpool will also have to consider the uncertain future of Mohammed Salah with only one year left on contract.
