Dani Olmo has been one the key players for the Spanish team and his performances helped them reach the final of Euro 2024.
Spain has been one of the best teams in this Euros and they will face England in Berlin on Sunday night.
Dani Olmo Attracting Interest From Several Clubs
The attacking midfielder has been outstanding for Spain whenever he got the chance to play.
Pedri’s injury provided him an opportunity to start in the semi-final against France. His performances in the Euros have attracted interest from several clubs this summer.
At RB Leipzig, Olmo has registered 29 goals and 34 assists in 148 appearances and has won two DFB-Pokals.
There are reports indicating that Olmo has been on Liverpool’s shortlist.
According to Marca, several teams want Olmo including Liverpool, Barcelona, and Manchester City.
Olmo’s Leipzig contract includes a €60 million release clause, which was set to expire on 15 July.
Since Olmo is partaking in the Euros final the day before, the deadline has been extended by five days until Saturday, 20 July.
LFC are not looking for an attacking midfielder but signing Olmo will increase the quality of the squad.
Olmo can also operate on both flanks, as he played 15 of his 21 appearances last term on the right-hand side.
Reports suggest that LFC might be looking for a new forward, and Olmo could prove to be beneficial.
