Liverpool to consider 4 possible replacements for Jurgen Klopp very soon?

If the Liverpool situation persists, Jurgen Klopp has four unlikely replacements. Under the pressured leadership of Jurgen Klopp, the Reds are having a terrible season.

A struggling Liverpool are looking for options right now, both in terms of players and the authorities. However, the spotlight hits Klopp as many of the Scousers are also considering some Jurgen Klopp replacement.

The German helped the Scousers see their club lift the Premier League after 30 years along with many other achievements. Is it the right call to even consider Klopp’s replacement?

One of many defeats for Liverpool under Klopp this season

Following a catastrophic 3-0 loss to Wolves at Molineux on Saturday, Liverpool’s winless start to 2023 in the Premier League continues. Joel Matip’s early own goal and a shot from Wolves defender Craig Dawson effectively ended the game after only 12 minutes.

Klopp:

“In a game like this it is absolutely not allowed. You can criticise, judge us and you are probably right. These first 12 minutes are not allowed.

The start to the game was horrible. It was the opposite of what we should do. I can’t explain it, it cannot happen. We caused the problems ourselves. We do it in public, that’s why everyone can see.”

The Reds’ terrible season showed no indications of improving anytime soon, and Ruben Neves added insult to broken hearts by scoring a third goal in the second half. As a result, they are currently wallowing in the 10th position in the rankings.

The four possible Jurgen Klopp replacements

As of right now, there is no sign that manager Jurgen Klopp will be fired anytime soon, and the board is still thought to be completely behind the legendary German. But one has to worry about how much longer the scenario can last if he doesn’t see results shortly. Future Klopp successors have been mentioned as someone like Thomas Tuchel and Mauricio Pochettino.

Alonso, a former midfielder, played at Anfield for five productive seasons. During that time he assisted the Reds in winning the FA Cup and the Champions League. Since his retirement, he is now pursuing a coaching career. The former Spain international appears to have good potential for Klopp’s replacement and would be warmly embraced by Liverpool fans.

Postecoglou has managed in Greece, Japan, and Australia in addition to other places. But there could be some concerns about whether he has enough experience with big teams to fill the position at Anfield just yet.

Amorim helped Sporting develop some incredible talent, so it would be interesting to see what he could achieve with Liverpool’s youthful team. Given his youth, he would undoubtedly be a risk, but one that would be well worth taking.

However, the talks for Klopp’s replacement are far from being serious. All we need to do is trust the German who had once turned doubters into believers.
