Liverpool are repeatedly preparing to step up their interest in Wolverhampton Wanderers’ attacker Adama Traore. The Spanish international is one of the most dangerous wingers in the footballing world currently. He possesses a great threat to the opponents.

This young 25-year-old star has caught the eyes of many with his tremendous display down the right flank. He has been a transfer target for many teams in the Premier League and also across Europe. Adama Traore has lately been without a goal or an assist in seven Premier League games so far in this season.

While Traore was in contention of leaving the Molineux this summer. However, he decided to stay back with the wanderers. While his contract is set to expire in the summer of 2023.

If Adama Traore ends up arriving at Anfield and joins the Reds, the right-wing will surely be full of pace. He is one such player who can easily break through defences. Adama is seen as a threat when he makes his way through the opposition box with his pace and physique.   

Why Liverpool is eager to bring Adama Traore to Anfield

The plan about getting Traore to Liverpool might be to backup Mohammed Salah‘s position on the right-wing. As it is uncertain that Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane will continue at Anfield in future.

Now that Salah and Mane might push for a move in the near future, the Reds are on the hunt. Therefore, Liverpool’s pursuit of getting Adama Traore stands intensified. He will definitely turn out to be the ideal replacement for Mohammed Salah.

The reports say that Adama Traore will likely not turn down the move to Anfield. Moreover, Liverpool’s boss Jurgen Klopp is also waiting in anticipation and eagerness to receive him. Traore is dangerous because of his pace and physique that is why he perfectly fits in Klopp’s plans.

However, Premier League opponents Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are also said to be interested in him. Thus, Liverpool might have to face a tough fight for getting his signatures.
