Andy Robertson has recently praised Mohamed Salah
With the 2024-25 Premier League going on, Slot’s team is preparing to face Manchester United today. As the Reds prepare to deliver their best against their arch-rivals, this LFC star has praised his teammate.
The Egyptian Talisman received some comments from Andy Robertson. This comes prior to the match where Salah might complete a record of scoring successively for 3 matches. If it happens, the LFC star will be scoring 14 goals in 15 matches against Old Trafford. This dominance will come in handy for Liverpool throughout the future PL matches.
Andy Robertson, while speaking to the Daily Mail, complemented Mohamed Salah for staying in the best shape. According to him, Salah is getting in his physical abilities as well as his tactics on the field.
“The minute he walked through this door he’s set Anfield and other stadiums alight. He is a Premier League legend, of course he is, but still wanting to write a few more stories and hopefully that is him showing up in other big games this season. Obviously he is our main man and teams try to stop him.”
While talking about Salah, Robertson further went on to comment about the Egyptian’s sense of responsibility.
“Mo knows when a big game is on the horizon but he also sets standards every single day. He’s a model professional and if any kids or anyone are looking at professionals to base themselves on, then Mohamed Salah is not a bad person to do it to. He dedicates his life to football.”
Salah stands at No. 10 place in the history of the Premier League. With just 5 more goals, he will achieve his place in the Top 6, thus strengthening his value as a Premier League Legend.
