Luis Diaz is set to receive a new offer as German giants Bayern Munich prepare a fresh approach.

Diaz has made it clear in recent days that he is open to leaving the club if a good offer arrives. Liverpool might not fully want to sell him this summer, as Arne Slot could still consider him a key part of his project.

Diaz delivered an outstanding performance last season, scoring 17 goals for the Reds in all competitions while helping them win the Premier League title. His versatility to play both as a left winger and centre forward has been crucial for Dutch manager Arne Slot in the title win.

His form has attracted interest from top clubs, as Spanish giants FC Barcelona have shown interest, according to many sources. Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr have also reportedly made him a top target this summer and are willing to pay close to €100m.

A few days ago, Diaz broke his silence and shared that he is currently negotiating with Liverpool and interested clubs. He feels calm and happy at Liverpool, but will choose the best option available.

According to Florian Plettenberg, Diaz has sent positive signals to Bayern, while Barcelona also remains an option. Bayern are offering a contract until at least 2029. There are clear signals between Max Eberl and the Diaz camp, and personal terms are reportedly not an issue.

Liverpool earlier rejected an approach from Bayern, as the Merseyside club might want a bigger amount for Luis Diaz. Reports suggest that the German side are willing to go up to £60m to sign the Colombian this summer.

However, Barcelona remains in the race as they may return with a new approach after Liverpool reportedly rejected two earlier offers. After missing out on Nico Williams, Diaz could become the top target for the Catalan club. The 28-year-old also reportedly admires the Spanish side.
