Liverpool Ready to Smash Transfer Records in Epic Battle with Newcastle for French Midfielder
Adrien Rabiot is available to be signed by Liverpool or Newcastle from Juventus and Liverpool are willing to pay a high salary to acquire the midfield player.
Liverpool Eyeing Adrian Rabiot
According to reports Liverpool are vying with Newcastle United for the signing of Adrien Rabiot a midfield player for Juventus.
Rabiot’s contract with Juventus ended at the end of June leaving him a free agent.
He has been linked to a number of Premier League teams including Manchester United.
Rabiot is weighing his options and has held initial talks with several clubs throughout Europe even though Juventus wants to retain him and is willing to pay him €7 million net per season.
The Midfielder Chase
After spending more than £200 million to acquire players like Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai, Wataru Endo and Ryan Gravenberch Liverpool underwent a major midfield makeover last summer which is why they are pursuing Rabiot.
Rabiot’s experience and skill set are thought to make him a suitable addition to the team which still lacks a defensive midfield player.
Both Liverpool and Newcastle according to sources have already taken action to acquire Rabiot’s services Liverpool are allegedly prepared to break the bank in order to outbid their competitors.

The French international is open to attractive offers from both Liverpool and Newcastle with Liverpool’s plan probably including a sizable salary offer.
