The media and a part of the football enthusiasts are already blaming Arne Slot for clearing the youngster’s section of LFC. In the meantime, Calum Scanlon announced his Liverpool exit, to which Morton and Gakpo, his teammates, have reacted.
The club has already let a number of youngsters leave the club on the basis of a loan move, not a permanent one. Arne Slot has sanctioned the departure of a lot of them to ensure that they have a brighter future elsewhere.
Morton and Gakpo react as Calum Scanlon leaves Liverpool
Slot has already earned a bad reputation for loaning off Klopp’s young squad one by one. But, most of the fans of the Merseyside Club know how much the Dutchman thinks about the future of the young players.
However, another young player, Calum Scanlon has declared his exodus from Liverpool, which has earned reactions from Morton and Gakpo. This talent from LFC Academy recently took it to Instagram to give an update on the situation. According to his IG post, Scanlon is going to join Millwall.
The 19-year-old declared this move on Thursday, which was pretty surprising for almost all of the LFC fans. After Calum Scanlon declared he is leaving Liverpool, Morton and Gakpo came in support of him. His Liverpool teammates knew that this was the best possible move for Scanlon, especially for his future.
While Bobby Clark encouraged him with “Let’s go brother ur time”, Tyler Morton greeted his decision with a comment saying “all the best mate”. His other teammate, Cody Gakpo commented below his post “good luck”.
