Liverpool bus parade 2025

Liverpool fans are daring to dream — and this time, the wait might just be worth it for the celebration bus parade.

With the Reds edging closer to their 20th top-flight title, the city is already buzzing about what could be a massive Premier League celebration.

It’s been five years since the last league win, and this time, the fans won’t be watching from their sofas.

If all goes to plan, they’ll be out on the streets — flags in hand, flares in the air.

Under new boss Arne Slot, Liverpool have surged ahead in the title race. Their recent win at Leicester, sealed by a late Trent Alexander-Arnold strike, has put them on the brink.

If they beat Tottenham at Anfield this Sunday, and with Arsenal slipping up against Palace, it’s game over. The title would be heading back to Merseyside, with four games to spare.

Fans are already eyeing May 26 for a possible parade — the day after Liverpool’s final match against Crystal Palace.

It falls on a bank holiday Monday, which means the whole city could turn red without worrying about work or school.

What we know about the route and plans for Liverpool bus parade

Though there’s been no official word yet from the club, previous parades give us a good idea.

The 13.5 km route from Allerton Maze to the city centre is expected again. That means stops past Queens Drive, Mill Bank, Islington, and finally The Strand.

Back in 2022, Liverpool held a parade the day after their Champions League final. Even after missing out on the Premier League that year, fans turned out in huge numbers.

Open-top buses, music, confetti, and DJ Calvin Harris riding along made it one for the ages.

If that’s what they did without the league title, imagine what’s coming if they clinch it this time.

The trophy lift at Anfield on May 25 will be a full-circle moment — this time with fans, flares, and maybe a few tears.
