Liverpool winger’s (Sadio Mane) contract situation is now turning out to be a big dilemma for the club owners. The Reds star now wants a Salah-like contract offer.
As Per Goal’s report this weekend, Senegalese International wants a new deal with a big salary to reflect his status.
Mane only has 18 months left on his current contract at Liverpool and reportedly he is seeking fresh terms from the Merseyside club.

Sadio Mane was again on the scoresheet against Arsenal. His strike against the Gunners was his 7th in 12 league games this season.
According to FotMob, Mane has registered an average point of 7.48 per Premier League game.
Moreover, he has registered goals in the last five home fixtures. The Senegalese winger recently became the third African to complete a century of goals in the English top-flight.
Liverpool’s No. 10 is nothing short of superb. At times for sure, he isn’t quite as consistent as the dazzling Salah. But more often than not, he is one of Liverpool’s best players.
Both Mane and Salah have been exceptional for Liverpool since their arrival at Anfield. The African duo has helped Liverpool finish in the top four every season they have played for Liverpool and were vital in Champions League and Premier League triumphs as well.
And now with just 18 months remaining on both of their deals, FSG need to start thinking about this and act quickly.
Liverpool needs to find a way of keeping both Mane and Salah happy at the club. The African stars combined 234 goals in all competitions so far from the 2017-18 season.
It’s a big talking point at the club, with The Reds apparently needing to break their wage structure.
Salah has clearly stated he wants to be at Merseyside till the end of his career but his wage demands are too high for the club owners.
Similarly, Mane too is looking for a huge sum of money and wants to stay at Anfield.

FSG needs to make a decision in the coming months regarding the contract situation of the Liverpool star. Time is ticking fast and it wouldn’t be an ideal situation if a player enters the final year of his contract.
A perfect ‘Klopp Player’ who plays an important role in the team. He’s one of Liverpool’s best players. And FSG needs to find a way to keep him at the club and if that means paying him big bucks, then it should be done.
