Sky Sports bring in some exciting news for Liverpool fans

Liverpool fans are on the end of some exciting news brought to them by Sky Sports.

According to Dharmesh Sheth, Liverpool are the front-runners to sign Jude Bellingham.

The Anfield team was leading the competition to sign the highly rated Borussia Dortmund midfielder. This was according to a report from the Telegraph last week, as reported by HITC Sport.

Bellingham, who is still only 19, has a dangerously high ceiling in football. Journalist James Pearce from Liverpool also said this week that the Reds will undoubtedly increase their interest in Bellingham by 2023.

The Merseysiders are undoubtedly ahead in the race to recruit him, according to Sheth of Sky Sports.

“It seems that they are the favourites to sign Jude Bellingham and, in the end, they went and signed Arthur Melo,” he said in a statement to Give Me Sport.

Now, that might imply that Jude Bellingham is Liverpool’s long-term aim. Given how late it was in the window and Borussia Dortmund’s hesitation to move two of their star players at once, they likely accepted that it would be impossible to sign him during this transfer window.

Jude Bellingham rumours come in the form of Exciting news for Liverpool fans

Oh, yes.

As previously stated, it’s ludicrous that Bellingham. He is only 19 years old and is already causing problems for teams like Manchester City.

The former Birmingham City sensation scored last week in a Champions League loss against Pep Guardiola’s team. And this will only have piqued Liverpool’s interest.

This is a player who is competent, playing with maturity, class, and wisdom much above his years.

That’s fantastic news, to be sure.

The bad news is that, based on the most recent CIES data, it may cost Liverpool as much as ÂŁ174 million.

And given that Darwin Nunez, who cost £85 million, just barely broke the club’s transfer record. And Fenway Sports Group might not be willing to spend a another £90 million on Bellingham so soon after bringing in the Uruguayan.
