The ex-Manchester United head coach Sir Alex Ferguson sends a classy message to Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp before they meet their fierce rival Chelsea at Anfield.

Ferguson on Liverpool head coach Klopp

The legendary Premier League manager has hailed Jurgen Klopp as ‘inspiring’ ahead of the Reds Manager’s milestone weekend.

Saturday’s PL clash against Chelsea will be the Merseyside giants boss’ 1,000th match in management and we will see him join the likes of Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, Bill Shankly, and Carlo Ancelotti.

Speaking on behalf of the League Managers Association, the former Old Trafford boss praised the success of the German genius.

Ferguson said

”I’m delighted to welcome Jurgen Klopp to the LMA 1000 club.”

The legendary manager also said

“Jurgen is undoubtedly one of the most gifted managers in the world football and the dedication and passion which Jurgen brings to the role is inspiring to anyone aspiring to a career in football management.”

The Reds are desperate to win this weekend’s block blaster fixture against their rivals. The good news for the German genius is that their Uruguayan international, Darwin Nunez is back in contention for LFC this weekend.

Klopp is now also considering Stefan Bajcetic as a fully-fledged first-team squad member.

Who is Stefan Bajcetic?

The 18-year-old Spaniard has impressed the German coach with his brilliant form. He played 3 matches in Premier League for a total of 38 minutes where he scored 1 goal. In the Champions League, the Spaniard has 3 appearances where he played a total of 25 minutes.

This season could be a breakthrough season for many youngsters. The Reds are currently struggling with their injuries, this is the time when young players could step up and help their team in difficult times.

Even though filling the shoes of Virgil van Dijk or Ibrahima Kanoute is too much to ask from an 18-year-old but you never know if this season could make Stefan one of the contenders in LFC’s defence.
