As Arne Slot still struggles to make a significant mark with new signings, Anfield saw another exit. Anderson Arroyo, a bright star from Liverpool has left the squad this summer. This is the fifth exodus that the Reds had to go through before the start of a new campaign.
Anderson Arroyo has left Liverpool recently
Jurgen Klopp was famous for his difficult and often disliked decisions that he took for the better. This might have made the Reds stronger and sturdier than ever, but, it has its consequences. Numerous players had to stand down from playing in the lineups. Anderson Arroyo, a senior player from the academy, has left Liverpool after all these years.
The 24-year-old has been successful in signing a deal with Burgos CF; he had to spend the last half of the season on loan. After his exit from Liverpool, Anderson Arroyo has informed that his decision is a permanent one. Even the Merseyside Club has jumped in and confirmed rumours about Arroyo’s exit.
When he came on a loan, Michu, Burgos CF’s Sporting Director made sure that his stay was permanent. The Columbian Defender spent six and a half years on the bench while he was in Anfield. Now that he is out of Liverpool, Anderson Arroyo had a total of 16 appearances for Burgos.
He did not get a proper chance to show his potential. Anderson’s trip to Spain with Salamanca during the 2020-21 season opened windows for him. Insider reports suggest that the star has signed a 3-year contract with the Spanish club. Arroyo had unsuccessful signings before this, so he did not want to waste this chance.
