“Really smart” – Liverpool player admits this about their new Boss
The Reds now have seven wins among eight matches in the Premier League and this is really a promising start. Now, Alisson Becker had some interesting words to say about Arne Slot in a latest interview.
As the Champions League clash with Bologna is coming up, fans are confident that Liverpool are going to win. It will be good to see how the Dutchman shuffles his squad now amidst the injuries and illnesses.
Alisson is optimistic about Arne Slot and his plans
It has been a completely different picture for the Merseyside Club even in a crowded roster full of fixtures. No matter how dedicated the LFC Boss stays, the media always find new ways to tear ,him apart.
However, recently, Alisson Becker admitted that the team needs Arne Slot.
“He wants to improve the players and doing that, he is improving the team. He is trying to take the best out of everyone, every individual and making us better. We were good before and we were great before at some time, but we get to a point where we needed to have this extra push.”
Furthermore, Alisson went on to reveal to Joe Hart of BBC Sports about what Slot brings to the plate.
“Arne is bringing to us his new energy. He’s bringing us not only energy but knowledge, his knowledge on football. He is a really smart manager, really smart head coach and he is helping us a lot.
His staff like to work hard and they are showing to us that their way to do things is the best. We are committed to that, we are committed to the plan.”
Moreover, Alisson thinks that Slot is a factor that Liverpool always need. People love Klopp’s legacy and claim that the Dutchman is building his era on that. Klopp’s exodus left the team anxious, the former Feyenoord manager eased it.
