Before this summer, numerous reports were coming out that suggested senior players leaving LFC. But finally, Mohamed Salah is coming to Liverpool training grounds soon. Some senior players have upped exit speculations, but this news comes with an air of relief for all Liverpool fans.
Mohammed Salah Returns To Liverpool To Begin Training
This summer has not been that great for LFC because of the 2024 Euros. The tournament has dried up all golden chances for their summer transfer window.
Yet, Arne Slot has always kept his name out there with his tactics to improve the Reds. Even without any significant transfer in the summer window, the Dutchman has been busy improvising the team.
Amidst several rumours of senior team members leaving Liverpool, Mohamed Salah is all set to join Anfield on 8th July, Monday.
It has been seven long weeks that the Egyptian maestro is away from the Merseyside Club. He will soon join other senior stars of LFC like Conor Bradley and Jarell Quansah.
But, how did this happen amidst Egypt’s planning to send Salah to the Olympics?
Well, it appears that the Reds took this upper hand; Arne Slot decided to take matters into his own hands and let the senior stars start training.
17th August is not that far away, and Liverpool is all set to start their Premier League campaign at Ipswitch Town.
Along with performance coach Ruben Peeters, Slot has introduced a training regime. With other Liverpool players, Mohamed Salah will join the Kirkby Base soon.
When Jurgen Klopp was in Anfield, he also preferred Lactate tests, now kept as a part of Slot’s training program at the AXA Center.
This will heighten fitness levels; the players will start with a 6-minute long Race Test. With the 32-year-old at their side, Liverpool needs to gear up with all of their trump cards, and this program is perfect.
