Fabrizio Romano has given an update on Liverpool target Ederson and it’s not something the fans want to hear.
Liverpool are yet to make a signing for this season and fans are expressing their frustration on social media.
Reports did not confirm anything concrete while linking LFC with Ederson for a long time.
Will Liverpool Sign Ederson?
The Reds were linked with Ederson during the initial stages of the transfer window. But now Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on the situation.

“There are no new updates regarding the transfer of Ederson, Liverpool is interested but nothing concrete so far.”
All of Liverpool’s rivals have started to make signings and Liverpool fans are showing frustration with the LFC transfer situation.
Liverpool can use a player of Ederson’s quality and he fits perfectly in Arne Slot’s system. Ederson helped Atalanta lift the Europa League defeating Bayer Leverkusen in the final.
Ederson primarily plays as a defensive midfielder and it is a position which Liverpool need an upgrade. With Endo lacking in consistency and Bajcetic being injury prone, an upgrade is necessary.
Apart from Ederson Liverpool are linked with Kubo and Simikan also. Two or three signings are necessary to compete with the likes of Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea.
