Liverpool are among the clubs monitoring 20 year old Borussia Dortmund forward Jamie Gittens according to reports.
Gittens is currently on his best form at Dortmund. He is a regular starter under new manager Nuri Sahin, who has trusted the young forward.

Jamie Gittens has already made 9 appearances this season scoring 4 goals and assisting 2 as well. Gittens shined in Dortmund’s Champions League victory against Club Brugge scoring 2 goals.
According to Football insider, Jamie Gittens could cost Liverpool around £40-50 million next summer after his strong start to the new season. The report also states that a January transfer is unlikely, movement is only expected in summer 2025.
Having signed a long-term deal last year, Gittens is under contract at Borussia Dortmund till 2028. The England U21 international joined Dortmund from Manchester City’s academy in 2020. Gittens played a few games for the Dortmund U19s before moving to the first team. He already has 67 appearances for the first team.
Gittens made his England U21 debut under current senior side manager Lee Carlsley, he played a key role in England U19s victory in the European Championship.
If Liverpool do end up signing Jamie Gittens, it would cost them around £40-50 million, making him one of Dortmund’s expensive departures alongside the likes of Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho.
