Liverpool are reportedly eyeing a transfer opportunity for young Swedish left-back Daniel Svensson who recently debuted for Sweden.
The Merseyside giants are cruising in good form across all competitions and to keep this momentum up, they need to have a high-functioning squad.
The major concerns regarding some key players leaving the club and ageing as the season continues need to be addressed.

The winter transfer window, which is closing nearer, will be the perfect opportunity for the Reds to bolster their ranks to challenge for titles.
Many fresh names will be introduced and hyped during this time and their chances of getting the big shot will increase.
With Andy Robertson not being able to perform like he used to do in the past, Kostas Tsimikas has been deputized with the role.
However, the second-choice left-back is not providing the pace and flare on the left-hand side. So reinforcement is much needed.
Liverpool eyeing Daniel Svensson
The Anfield giants are reportedly looking into the prospect of signing youngster Svensson to resolve the issue.
The 22-year-old Swedish fullback plays for Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland. After coming through the youth ranks of Swedish side Brommapojkarna, Svensson joined the U-19 side of the Danish club in the summer of 2020.
The 2002-born defender made his senior debut later that year in November against Aalborg BK where he provided an assist.

Although the young prodigy is conventionally a left-back, he can also play as a defensive or central midfielder.
Despite the young age, he earned an international cap by debuting for Sweden last month in the 3-0 UEFA Nations League victory against Estonia.
So far in this season, Svensson has played 17 games across all competitions for Nordsjaelland and provided two assists (stats via Transfermarkt).
Reports suggest that the 22-year-old is under the radar of top European clubs and Manchester United, Arsenal and LFC are also interested in signing him.
Although he was a subject of interest to Dutch teams during the last leg of the previous season, he extended his contract with the Danish side in March.
If Liverpool are able to land the deal, they will have a great long-term replacement for Robertson.
