Liverpool making a move for Mason Melia?
Mason Melia has started to make a name for himself in the top flight of Ireland football, especially now after he scored in three consecutive victories over Drogheda, Dundalk, and Waterford respectively.
What is really drawing attention is the manner in which Mason Melia scored all three goals. Especially his goal against Drogheda United which has gone viral. He took the ball just over the halfway line and went on a solo run to score a long-ranger with his right foot.
Mason Melia is a talented forward who loves to run in behind defences, has great finishing ability and can develop his game to perfection with the help of Liverpool academy. Melia will only be able to move to the UK when he is 18, as per FIFA rules.
Football Insider did report two years ago that Liverpool are closely monitoring Melia’s progress and are considering making a move for the talented teenager.
