The playmaker also made 5 senior appearances for the Sky Blues before eventually departing to Italy at the end of this summer.

Moving on, Adrian Bernabe joined the Italian club Parma on a free transfer. Thus, he has a contract with the Italian side until June 2024. Following his shin injury, which he suffered a year ago, Bernabe is yet to make his debut for Parma.

Why Liverpool wants Bernabe

Currently, there are not many options with Jurgen Klopp at the attacking midfield position. Thus, the Reds are looking to sign a midfielder in the next summer’s transfer window. Meanwhile, the young prodigy carries a flavour of Chelsea’s Mason Mount which has impressed the eyes of Jurgen Klopp.

Under the guidance of Boss, Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool clearly see a talent in Bernabe. If the Reds end up signing him, Bernabe could become a world-class player under the nourishment of Kloop.
