Liverpool star defender Trent Alexander-Arnold had to leave the pitch early in the game against Bournemouth last weekend due to injury.
After the goalless first half, Liverpool managed to seal the game in their favour after scoring two second-half goals.
However, that win came with a cost as the Reds’s star defender Trent left the pitch before the end of the match.
As per reports, the injury is not that serious but the ultimate confirmation will come once the medical team completes the scanning process for the England defender.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is no doubt a very integral part of Liverpool’s squad. So, his absence will be a huge drawback for Liverpool boss Arne Slot.
The Reds are going to face Tottenham Hotspur first in the Carabao Cup followed by a meeting with Plymouth in the FA Cup. It is expected that Trent will miss both these games for Liverpool.

Injury crisis: Who will start in place of Trent Alexander-Arnold in the Tottenham match?
Conor Bradley will be the first preference for Arne Slot to replace Trent Alexander Arnold for these upcoming games.
Bradley made 18 appearances this season across all competitions, including five appearances in the Champions League.
However, for most of them, he came as a sub later in those matches. But it looks like the Northern Ireland defender could start the upcoming fixtures for the Reds.
Academy right-back Isaac Mabaya could make his appearance for the Reds in the game against Plymouth in the FA Cup.
However, all eyes will be on Arne Slot and how he will make the backline for that match. So, for now, there is very little chance of the availability of Trent Alexander-Arnold for Liverpool’s upcoming matches.
Apart from that one more thing which also increases the tension of the Liverpool fans. And that is the future of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Spanish giants Real Madrid are interested in signing Trent at the end of this season when the England defender’s contract with Liverpool will expire.
So, Merseyside is looking to renew the contract of Trent or convince him to stay at the club.
