Fabrizio Romano has spoken out on Antonio Rudiger transfer speculation. It is believed that Liverpool is heavily linked with the Chelsea defender lately. According to certain outlines, many clubs in the Premier League are genuinely interested in him.

Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are also eyeing the defender alongside Liverpool. However, we have no solid evidence of how true this is. Fabrizio Romano has been cold on this saying that The Reds have not approached for this deal.

Antonio Rudiger is one of the key players in Chelsea. He has grown wonderfully over the years and that makes him a big prospect now. Rudiger is an outstanding defender and also a Champions League winner last season.

There were rumours that Antonio Rudiger was linked with clubs in the previous transfer window. This has been a doubt since the arrival of Thomas Tuchel at Chelsea. However, the 28-year-old is in the last 12 months of his contract with The Blues. The negotiations are yet to spark to see whether he will leave Stamford Bridge.

Fabrizio Romano on Rudiger move

Everyone knows that Fabrizio Romano is one of the world’s best football journalists. He is dependable and one of the most trusted sources. The fans too rely on his updates. He has provided information on Rudiger’s contact with The Blues, before moving to the Liverpool rumour.

This is what Fabrizio Romano said:

I am told Chelsea is still in talks with Rudiger’s agents. Therefore, this is not the end of it, because Rudiger would love to stay at Chelsea.

About Liverpool I have heard that at present they have made no approach to his agents.

Let us see what is to happen in the coming days, but there is no approach from Liverpool.

Hence we can see that there is still no clarity on this subject. Antonio Rudiger might stay at Chelsea or he might move to Liverpool if he finds favour in them.
