Both Chelsea and Cole Palmer need to improve in their recent form in the Premier League.
Chelsea are still struggling to reclaim the top-four position in the league, while Cole Palmer is goalless in the last seven matches for the Blues.
This raises the concern whether Cole Palmer will leave the club to join Liverpool in the next season if the Blues fail to qualify for the Champions League.
However, former Aston Villa and Manchester United forward Dwight Yorke thinks the total opposite.
He doesn’t think that Cole Palmer will leave Chelsea to join Liverpool in the upcoming summer transfer window. He also believes that Palmer is a Chelsea man and he would stay at Stamford Bridge.

What Dwight Yorke has said about the future of Cole Palmer?
Yorke said that Palmer is still young and has the time in his career. At the same time if Chelsea fail to seal the Champions League position for the next season, still there will be time for the English international to play Champions League football with Chelsea later on.
According to Mirror, Yorke explained the situation of Cole Palmer. He said,
“He doesn’t strike me as that kind of individual. I don’t think he would demand to leave Chelsea if he’s playing a season out of the Champions League.
He’s still very young, and he’s gone there and turned his career around and became the top man there.
Why would you walk away from being in a club and being the top man at the same time?”
Liverpool star man Mohamed Salah could leave the club at the end of this season upon the expiry of his contract with the club. So, Cole Palmer to Liverpool can be justified to some extent as he could replace Mohamed Salah.
However, this is still not clear. Palmer is doing pretty excellent for Chelsea and established himself as one of the best in the Premier League with Chelsea.
Last season, Palmer won the Best Young Player of the Season in the Premier League with the Blues. So, the time will answer about the future of Cole Palmer.
