Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi published an injury list before FA Cup match against Liverpool on Sunday. The Seagull boss will be without three players for Sunday’s match.

The Reds return to the Amex just over a fortnight after a 3-0 loss at the hands of the Albion in the Premier League.

A Solly March double and a Danny Welbeck strike sealed a stunning victory on the south coast and now they are looking to repeat the same result in the FA Cup.

But the English side will be without some key players when they face the Merseyside giants. Adam Lallana, Levi Colwill, and Facundo Buonanotte will be out for the FA Cup fixture.

Adam Lallana came off with a muscle injury last weekend against Leicester City and Levi Colwill is sidelined with a quad injury. Facundo Buananotte suffered a spinal issue whilst playing for Argentina’s under-20 side.

When asked about the players, De Zebri said

“Yes, they are not able to play . I think [ Lallana] will be out for a couple of weeks. He is one of the most important players inside of the squad.”

On the other hand, Liverpool will also be missing out on some of their key players for this crucial fixture.

Players like Virgil van Dijk, Roberto Firmino, Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz, and Arthur Melo will not be featured against the Seagulls.

Luis Diaz is out with a knee injury. The Colombian attacker will spend another few weeks on the treatment table.

Arthur is out of a thigh injury and could be under month-long suspension after being caught up in Juventus’s financial scandal and he will not be available for at least this match.

Diogo Jota is also out for calf injury, his possible return is on 21st February against Real Madrid.

Roberto Firmino sustained a calf problem and his return date is still unknown.

Virgil van Dijk is out with a hamstring issue and Klopp does not expect the Holland international center-back to return for another few weeks.
