Ryan Gravenberch’s agent seems to have been at Anfield on Saturday while Liverpool locked horns with Chelsea.

Ryan Gravenberch’s agent was “seen” at Anfield on Saturday while Liverpool and Chelsea played to a scoreless draw in the Premier League.

As rumours of a transfer for the Bayern Munich midfielder grow, Rafaela Pimenta shared a photo on her Instagram account that appeared to show that she may have been in Liverpool.

Since switching to the Bundesliga, the former Ajax player has played just 30 minutes per game. And the German champions may be tempted to let the 20-year-old go out on loan.

Jude Bellingham, Liverpool’s top target, won’t be available until the summer. And the Reds will have fierce competition for the teenager. So, Jurgen Klopp urgently needs to bolster his midfield.

Liverpool and Munich transferred Sadio Mane and Thiago Alcantara in the summer. Therefore, the two clubs have dealt with one another previously.

In the battle for a Champions League spot, the Reds are 10 points behind Manchester United. But Gravenberch might give Klopp’s team the lift it desperately needs.

But it’s still unclear whether the rumours are accurate. Inter’s Denzel Dumfries, who has been heavily linked to a transfer to Chelsea, is another client of Pimenta’s. If she had attended the game over the weekend, it might have had more to do with the opposition and any prospective player movement there.

Ryan Gravenberch might not join Liverpool

Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sports in Germany tweeted this morning:

“It’s decided and no doubt: [Gravenberch] has to stay at #FCBayern! No transfer in January. Within the club they still believe in him. A loan to Liverpool or to another club is NO topic.”

Before moving to Germany, the midfielder had Manchester United on his radar. But since joining the Bavarian club, playing time has been scarce.

He has made 18 appearances in all competitions this season. Most of which have been as a substitute. However, he has only played 221 minutes in the Bundesliga overall.
